I shipped a free idle night-farming game with Godot 4 (browser + Android) — Ceifalume 0.1

Ceifalume is a small cozy idle night-farming game I just released as a solo dev, made with Godot 4. It runs in the browser and on Android, it's free, and it needs no account. This post is the "why" and a few things I learned shipping 0.1.

The idea

Most farming games are about daylight and busy hands. I wanted the opposite: a farm you tend at night, by lantern light, that keeps quietly working while you're away. So Ceifalume is an idle/incremental game at heart:

Plant, harvest and trade in short sessions.
Offline progress up to 8 hours — close the game, come back, the farm moved on.
Rain waters the fields for free (day 9 is my favorite).
Auto-save, original music and SFX, Portuguese (pt-BR) UI.

Tech notes (Godot 4)

One project, two exports: HTML5 for the browser (hosted on itch.io and on GitHub Pages) and an Android APK. The HTML5 export is ~13 MB zipped; the APK is 79 MB because of audio and textures — trimming that is on the 0.2 list.
Offline progress is just Time.get_unix_time_from_system() saved with the state, then a capped delta replayed on load. Capping at 8 h keeps the economy sane and makes coming back feel like a reward, not a chore.
Mobile web first: the game is tuned for a 720×1600 phone in portrait; desktop just gets more margin.
Zero-budget release: no store fees yet. Distribution is itch.io + a direct APK on GitHub Releases, with a small landing page for SEO.
