FlapJax Treasury Buybacks: An Independent On-Chain Audit (Oct 9–18, 2026)
This is an independent, evidence-first audit of the FlapJax treasury buyback activity on BNB Smart Chain, covering the window 9–18 October 2026 (UTC). Every claim below is checked against raw on-chain data — transaction receipts and ERC-20 transfer logs read directly from a BSC RPC endpoint — and every buyback transaction is linked to BscScan so anyone can verify the numbers in under a minute.
Treasury wallet: 0x7C34E9e21eE28A49Ff0b84B61774119E6633359f
Liquidity pool (PancakeSwap V3): 0xcA93EC685b8623688E6B236f9068034B298c2150
Scope: 200 FLAPJAX transfers involving the treasury were enumerated — 9 incoming, 191 outgoing.
Verdicts on the four claims
(a) "Nine buybacks of 0.01 BNB each, 0.09 BNB total" → ✅ MATCH
Each of the nine buyback transactions moved exactly 0.01 WBNB from the treasury into the PancakeSwap V3 pool — 0.09 BNB in total — and the FLAPJAX received landed in the treasury wallet in every case. Full per-transaction evidence is in the table below.
(b) "One buy per day; only Oct 15 was empty" → ❌ MISMATCH (in detail)
The daily pattern does not hold up exactly as stated. The nine buys fell on only 8 distinct days:
- Oct 16 was also empty (in addition to Oct 15).
- Oct 17 had two buys — at 02:00:51 UTC and 13:29:27 UTC.
So the total count (9) is right, but the "one per day, single gap" description is not.
(c) "All buyback FLAPJAX went to the treasury" → ✅ MATCH
In all nine buyback transactions, the FLAPJAX purchased through the pool was received by the treasury wallet 0x7C34…359f. No buyback tokens were routed to any other address.
(d) "The treasury never sent FLAPJAX back to the pool" → ✅ MATCH
Of the 191 outgoing FLAPJAX transfers from the treasury in the window, zero were sent to the PancakeSwap V3 pool address. The buybacks were one-directional: BNB out to the pool, FLAPJAX accumulated in the treasury.

Totals
- Total spent: 0.09 BNB (9 × 0.01 BNB)
- Total FLAPJAX received: 214,002,792.66
- Volume-weighted average price: 4.2056 × 10⁻¹⁰ BNB per FLAPJAX (first buy 4.1575 × 10⁻¹⁰, last buy 4.2541 × 10⁻¹⁰ — a mild upward drift across the window)
- Treasury FLAPJAX balance observed on Oct 21, 2026: 275,915,377.39
Method
Transfers were enumerated from BSC chain data and each buyback was verified at the receipt level: the WBNB transfer log into the pool address was summed per transaction (confirming exactly 0.01 BNB per buy), and the FLAPJAX transfer into the treasury was matched against the reported amounts. Outgoing treasury transfers were classified by recipient to test claim (d). All figures in this post come from that receipt-level check, not from third-party dashboard summaries.
Bottom line
The buyback program's headline numbers are accurate: nine buys, 0.01 BNB each, all tokens accumulated in the treasury, and none sent back to the pool. The one detail that doesn't survive scrutiny is the daily cadence — the buys actually landed on 8 distinct days, with Oct 16 also empty and Oct 17 doubling up.
