Apple has placed a two-device limit on iPhone Duo purchases via its online store.
High demand has impacted delivery timelines, with new orders currently estimated for late January 2027.
This constraint follows similar patterns observed in Asian markets and precedes the official October 23, 2026 release date, reflecting ongoing supply chain management challenges for the new hardware release.
It is unclear whether it was in effect from the start of pre-orders, on October 16, 2026. Restrictions had already been observed in China and Hong Kong.
High demand and delays
Apple is struggling to meet demand for the iPhone Duo. New orders through the website are expected to be delivered in late January 2027.
Some users have reported that their pre-order delivery dates have improved and that they will receive the device earlier than expected.
