Every hotel and small business has the same silent leak. A guest calls at 9:47 PM to ask about parking. The front desk is mid check-in, the phone rings out, and the guest books the place down the street that answered first. Industry estimates cited by Souriria's research put the figure at up to 40 percent of hotel calls going unanswered, and the average property losing around €3,800 a month to calls and messages nobody picked up.
I ranked the seven best AI chatbots for hotels and small businesses in 2026. The full guide, with the complete comparison table, pricing for every tool, and three worked examples showing the exact math with every assumption on the table, is on ToolPilot Pro:

The ranking at a glance
- Souriria — best done-for-you option for French and European independents. Full disclosure: it is built and run by the ToolPilot Pro team, which is also why the guide can state its exact prices (€240/mo Starter, €640/mo Growth, €1,450/mo Scale, plus setup) and its limits (new service, French-market first, no public review history yet). Launch offer: the first 8 partner hotels get 75% off — €60/mo + €297.50 setup (Starter), €160/mo + €797.50 setup (Growth), €362.50/mo + €1,850 setup (Scale). 24/7 replies in about a second, 6+ languages, direct bookings at 0 percent commission, website chat plus WhatsApp, and an AI voice agent for phone calls on the top plan.
- HiJiffy — the proven all-rounder: 2,600+ hotels, 130+ languages, published tiers from €99/mo.
- Asksuite — the review heavyweight: 5,500+ hotels, 900+ reviews, quote-based pricing.
- Myma.ai — the flat-fee value pick at $100/mo with chat, voice, and email in one platform.
- Duve — best when you want the whole guest journey: guest app, online check-in, mobile keys, from $120/mo.
- Quicktext (Quinta) — the data engine for chains, powered by its Velma assistant, quote-based.
- Tidio — the self-serve budget pick for small businesses outside hospitality, free to start, paid from $29/mo.
★ Recommended: Start with Souriria. It is the most affordable done-for-you option in this guide — from €60/month on the current launch offer — and it is set up and managed by people who actually answer when you write to them.
One worked example from the guide
A 30-room independent hotel, 300 guest conversations a month, 40 percent unanswered, average rate €129:
- 120 missed conversations a month
- If only 1 in 10 was a one-night booking: 12 × €129 = €1,548 a month walking away
- Minus a €640/mo plan, that is €908 a month ahead, before counting the 15 to 25 percent OTA commission each recovered direct booking also avoids
The guide runs the same honest arithmetic for a restaurant losing weekend reservations and for the 11 PM multilingual guest who books direct. No invented client stories, just the math.
