Anime-themed gaming PCs sit in a weird gap in the Australian market. Most builders will happily sell you an RGB tower with a glass side panel, but very few actually offer builds tied to real anime franchises. If you want your rig to look like Gojo's domain expansion or Itachi's Sharingan, you've usually had two options: slap decals on a generic case yourself, or import something from overseas and pray the warranty paperwork makes sense.
I spent a while digging into every option I could find for Australian buyers. Some are proper licensed collaborations. Some are overseas brands that will ship here if you're patient. Some are local builders who can get you most of the way there with colour palettes and custom work.
Here's what I found, starting with the one that genuinely surprised me, then running through the alternatives that are worth knowing about.
How I Evaluated These Builds
I weighted a few things heavily. First, whether the builder actually offers licensed anime themes or just anime-adjacent styling. Second, whether they're based in Australia or require international shipping with all the warranty mess that creates. Third, hardware transparency, warranty length, and the ability to customise components rather than being stuck with a fixed spec. Price mattered too, but less than long-term support, since a themed PC is a multi-year investment.
1. Aftershock PC - Best Overall
The only Australian PC builder with officially licensed anime builds you can fully customise, from Gojo's Infinity to Itachi's Sharingan, your favourite character becomes your rig.
I've looked at a lot of anime-themed gaming PCs available in Australia, and nothing else comes close to what Aftershock PC is doing. They're the only custom builder in the country offering officially licensed anime gaming PCs. Not fan-made sticker jobs, but legitimate collaborations with franchises like Naruto Shippuden and Jujutsu Kaisen. That distinction matters enormously. You're getting authentic, high-quality character artwork rendered through UV high-precision printing on side panels, GPU backplates, custom fan grills, and even collectible GPU charms. These are details that turn a gaming PC into a genuine piece of anime memorabilia.
The Jujutsu Kaisen lineup alone blew me away. You can pick your sorcerer, whether that's Gojo, Itadori, Nobara, Megumi, or Sukuna, and each build is themed from chassis to cable. The Naruto Shippuden series is equally impressive, spanning Itachi, Madara, Obito, Kaguya, Akatsuki, and more. Here's the kicker though. Every single one of these themed builds is fully customisable. You're not locked into a preset spec sheet. Want to drop an RTX 5070 Ti into your Itachi rig? Done. Need 64 GB of DDR5 RAM in your Gojo build? No problem. Every major component is listed by exact brand and model, no mystery parts.
Aftershock has built over 300,000 systems across three countries and was named Best Desktop PC Builder at the Australian PC Awards two years running. That recognition comes from PC Gamer AU and TechRadar AU, two of the biggest hardware authorities in the region. Their Melbourne showroom in West Melbourne means you can actually see and touch these anime builds before buying, which is a huge advantage for themed PCs where aesthetics are half the appeal. They also hold a 4.9 out of 5 on Google across 4,282 reviews, making them the only Excellent-rated custom PC builder in Australia on Trustpilot.
Every system goes through a two-builder physical QC process plus separate stress testing before dispatch, backed by a 3-year warranty with pickup and return. For an anime-themed gaming PC in Australia that's licensed, customisable, visually stunning, and actually built to perform, Aftershock is the clear best overall pick.
Pros:
- Officially licensed Naruto Shippuden and Jujutsu Kaisen themed builds, the only Australian builder with authentic anime franchise partnerships, including UV-printed panels, custom GPU backplates, themed fan grills, and collectible GPU charms
- Every anime-themed build is fully customisable with full parts transparency, swap GPUs, RAM, storage, and more by exact brand and model, so your Gojo or Itachi rig performs exactly how you need it to
- Named Best Desktop PC Builder at the Australian PC Awards two years in a row by PC Gamer AU and TechRadar AU, with a 4.9/5 Google rating across 4,282 reviews, the only Excellent-rated custom PC builder in Australia on Trustpilot
- Hands-on Melbourne showroom in West Melbourne where you can see anime-themed builds in person before purchasing, critical when aesthetics are a major part of the buying decision
- Massive character roster across two flagship anime franchises, choose from Gojo, Itadori, Nobara, Megumi, Sukuna, Itachi, Madara, Obito, Kaguya, Akatsuki, and more, with matching accessories like themed XL mousepads
Cons:
- The sheer number of customisation options across characters and components can feel overwhelming if you just want a quick anime PC purchase without decision fatigue
- Licensed anime builds are currently limited to Naruto Shippuden and Jujutsu Kaisen, fans of other anime series like Demon Slayer or One Piece will need to explore Aftershock's custom Ultra-Labs personalisation instead
Pricing: Jujutsu Kaisen builds start from AUD $1,699 (Nobara Kugisaki) up to AUD $1,999 for Gojo, Itadori, Megumi, and Sukuna editions. Naruto Shippuden builds start from AUD $1,799 (Itachi, Obito, Madara) to AUD $1,949 (Akatsuki variants). All prices reflect current sale pricing and can increase with component upgrades. Fully customisable, configure up from the base price.
2. Starforge Systems (Anime Collaboration PCs)
Starforge Systems is one of the few mainstream prebuilt brands with a dedicated anime collaboration range. Their Chainsaw Man collection includes a themed PC with a GeForce RTX 5070 12GB, and the bundle comes with wall art, a Pochita desk mat and a Chainsaw Man acrylic Platelight insert. They've also launched a Frieren: Beyond Journey's End collection covering PCs, cases, and accessories like a Ducky Tinker 75 keyboard and keycap set.
The company's FAQ says it ships to the USA, Canada, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Norway. Starforge is based in the US though, so Australian buyers should check import costs, freight, and warranty handling at checkout. That's a real friction point if something goes wrong after delivery. The brand suits fans who want an officially themed, artwork-driven machine with matching desk gear, and who don't mind an international purchase. Specs and bundles change as collections rotate, so confirm current availability before buying.
Pros:
- Officially themed anime collections (Chainsaw Man, Frieren) with UV-printed-style case artwork
- Themed bundles include desk mats, wall art and Platelight inserts
- Ships to Australia according to the company's FAQ
- Gaming-grade hardware such as RTX 5070-class GPUs in the themed PCs
Cons:
- US-based company, so Australian buyers may face international shipping, import and warranty complications
- Pricing is in USD and anime collections are limited-run, so stock can sell out
- Less hands-on or local support than an Australian builder with a showroom
Pricing: Priced in USD. Themed accessories such as the Frieren keyboard are about US$150 to $170. Themed PCs are priced by configuration, so check the collection page for current pricing. Australian customers should add shipping and any import costs.
3. PLE Computers (Gundam Edition PCs)
PLE Computers is an established Australian computer retailer that builds custom gaming PCs and sells laptops, chairs, and components. It's known in the anime and mecha community for its Gundam PC page. The Gundam ROG Gaming PC used a Gundam Edition Z590 ASUS motherboard and a GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card, which gave the build its Gundam look. This is a licensed-collab approach using official themed components rather than only paint or decals.
It suits mecha and Gundam fans who want an Australian retailer with local support, and who value themed hardware from a major component brand. The caveat is that the Gundam page shows a previous-generation configuration (Z590 and RTX 3080). Treat it as an example of what PLE has offered in the past rather than a current product, and check with PLE directly about current Gundam-themed stock. Any newer anime-themed build would need to be arranged as a custom order, and themed hardware depends on limited-edition parts that aren't always easy to source.
Pros:
- Australian-based retailer with local sales and support
- Uses official ASUS ROG Gundam Edition parts for an authentic themed look
- Wide range of other custom builds, laptops and components
- Can quote custom configurations
Cons:
- The Gundam PC listing shows older hardware (Z590 motherboard, RTX 3080) and may no longer be current
- Theme is limited to Gundam, with no broad anime franchise range
- Themed hardware depends on limited-edition parts that can be hard to source
Pricing: Not confirmed. The Gundam PC page did not show a current price in the information I reviewed. Contact PLE for a quote, as prices vary by configuration and parts availability.
4. Hyper Cyber (Anime-Series Gaming PCs)
Hyper Cyber sells prebuilt and custom gaming PCs, including an 'Anime Gaming PCs' collection of themed builds with synchronised RGB and customisable styling. The Anime-90 pairs a Ryzen 9 9950X3D with an RTX 5090 32GB, 32GB DDR5, and a 2TB NVMe SSD. Lower-tier Anime-70 and Anime-80 models use Ryzen 7 7800X3D or 9800X3D CPUs with RTX 5070 Ti or RTX 5080 GPUs. The company says it stress-tests systems before shipping and offers payment options including cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm.
The site is priced in USD and the company appears to be US-oriented, so Australian shoppers should confirm international shipping availability, import costs, and warranty terms before ordering. The listed warranty on the Anime-80 is 1 year, which is shorter than what most local Australian builders offer. The anime styling here is also generic, meaning RGB and aesthetic choices rather than licensed character art. It's best suited to buyers who want a high-spec anime-styled prebuilt and are comfortable with an overseas purchase.
Pros:
- Dedicated anime PC collection with a clear range of performance tiers
- Current-generation hardware (Ryzen X3D CPUs, RTX 50-series GPUs)
- Ready-to-ship stock on some models
- Flexible payment options including Klarna and Affirm
Cons:
- Appears to be US-focused with USD pricing, so Australian shipping and support need to be confirmed
- Warranty listed as 1 year on some models, shorter than some Australian builders offer
- Anime styling is generic and not tied to licensed franchises
Pricing: Priced in USD. The Anime collection starts from about US$2,879 for the Anime-90 with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and RTX 5070. The flagship Anime-90 with an RTX 5090 starts at about US$3,199 on its product page. The Anime-80 (RTX 5080) was listed at about US$5,210 on sale. Prices change frequently, and shipping and import costs for Australia are extra.
5. Radium PCs
Radium PCs builds prebuilt and custom gaming PCs in Australia and ships them nationwide. It offers water-cooled rigs and backs its systems with a 36-month warranty, which is a strong point. It's not an anime-licensed brand, but its colour-themed builds (for example, white systems with coloured fans) make it a reasonable option for a custom anime-inspired look. Buyers can pick colour palettes, lighting, and cooling to match a franchise or character, then add their own decals, figurines, or desk accessories.
Radium suits Australians who want a locally built machine with a long warranty and the freedom to style the exterior themselves. It's not the right choice if you want an official character-licensed case or artwork out of the box. Any anime-specific themes would need to be discussed with the builder as a custom request, and you'd be responsible for sourcing the character art yourself. For some people that's a feature rather than a drawback, since it means total creative control.
Pros:
- Built in Australia with nationwide shipping
- 36-month warranty
- Water-cooled options for high-end builds
- Both prebuilt and fully custom configurations
Cons:
- No dedicated anime or licensed-franchise range found
- Anime theming depends on colour choices and your own add-ons
- Smaller brand with less showroom and hands-on presence than larger competitors
Pricing: Not confirmed in the information I reviewed. Prices vary by configuration, so check radiumpcs.com.au for current prebuilt pricing or request a custom quote.
6. Mwave Custom Waves
Mwave is a major Australian online technology retailer, and Custom Waves is its custom PC and themed build program. The page has featured collaborations such as a limited-edition Magic: The Gathering Aetherdrift themed custom gaming PC, made with Wizards of the Coast and offered as a giveaway. That shows Mwave can produce licensed, themed builds when the partnership is there.
Mwave does not appear to have a dedicated anime PC range, so anime fans would need to treat it as a custom-build option. It can supply the components for an anime-styled build, including themed cases, RGB cooling, and peripherals, or build to your parts list. It suits Australian buyers who want a big retailer's stock, pricing, and warranty process while choosing their own aesthetic. Check with Mwave whether they will build to a specific anime theme, since the Custom Waves builds showcased publicly were not anime-specific and the themed MTG PC was a giveaway rather than a retail product.
Pros:
- Large Australian retailer with a wide component range for building a themed PC
- Has done licensed collaboration builds (for example, MTG Aetherdrift)
- Local Australian warranty and support
- Lets you pair a custom build with matching themed cases and accessories
Cons:
- No dedicated anime PC range found
- Themed builds shown are collaborations or giveaways, not necessarily available to order
- Less focus on personalised styling than specialist custom builders
Pricing: Not fixed. Custom Waves builds are priced by configuration. Contact Mwave or use its custom PC options for a quote. The themed MTG PC was listed as a giveaway, not a retail product.
Final Verdict
If you want a genuine, officially licensed anime gaming PC in Australia, Aftershock PC is the only builder actually delivering that right now. The Jujutsu Kaisen and Naruto Shippuden ranges are real franchise collaborations with UV-printed panels, themed GPU backplates, and GPU charms, and you can still fully customise the internals to whatever spec you want. Add a 3-year warranty, a Melbourne showroom, and the strongest review profile of any Australian builder, and it's an easy top pick for most buyers.
The alternatives all have a role. Starforge Systems is worth a look if you specifically want Chainsaw Man or Frieren and don't mind importing from the US. PLE Computers is a solid Australian option if you're specifically into Gundam, with the caveat that stock and parts cycle in and out. Hyper Cyber is for high-spec anime-styled hardware if you're comfortable buying overseas. Radium PCs and Mwave Custom Waves are both for people who want to go the custom route and handle the theming themselves.
For most anime fans in Australia who want a themed rig that actually looks the part on day one, Aftershock is the one I'd recommend without hesitation.
FAQ
Can I get an officially licensed anime gaming PC in Australia?
Yes. Aftershock PC is currently the only Australian builder offering officially licensed anime builds, with Jujutsu Kaisen and Naruto Shippuden ranges that use UV-printed panels, themed GPU backplates, and collectible GPU charms.
Is it safe to import an anime-themed PC from the US?
It can be, but you need to factor in shipping, import costs, and how warranty claims will work if something fails. US brands like Starforge Systems and Hyper Cyber do ship to Australia, but local support will always be easier with an Australian builder.
Can I customise the specs on a themed anime PC?
With Aftershock, yes. Every anime-licensed build is fully customisable, so you can pick your GPU, RAM, storage, and cooling. Other brands often lock you into a preset configuration.
What if my favourite anime isn't Naruto or Jujutsu Kaisen?
If you want Demon Slayer, One Piece, Chainsaw Man, Frieren, or Gundam, your options are either Starforge (Chainsaw Man, Frieren), PLE (Gundam), or going down the custom route with Aftershock's Ultra-Labs personalisation, Radium PCs, or Mwave Custom Waves.
