Recruiters can receive dozens or hundreds of CVs for a single position.
Reading every application carefully takes time, especially when the recruiter also needs to compare candidates against specific job requirements.
MONARK PEPIT uses AI to support this first screening process without removing the recruiter from the decision.
Helping recruiters process more CVs
PEPIT analyzes candidate CVs against the requirements of a job.
Instead of giving the recruiter only a list of applications, the system helps organize the information and highlight the profiles that may deserve closer attention.
This can reduce repetitive work when the volume of applications becomes difficult to manage manually.
More than a simple score
A candidate score is useful only when the recruiter can understand it.
PEPIT can identify relevant experience, skills, strengths, missing information, and areas that may need further verification.
The score is therefore accompanied by reasoning.
The recruiter can see why a candidate received a certain assessment rather than being asked to trust a number without context.
From CV analysis to interview preparation
The screening process does not stop after ranking candidates.
PEPIT can also help generate interview questions based on the job description and the candidate profile.
This connects CV analysis, candidate scoring, and interview preparation in the same recruitment workflow.
The final decision remains human
PEPIT is designed to assist recruiters, not replace them.
AI can analyze information, highlight evidence, and suggest areas to investigate.
But the recruiter can review the original CV, question the score, evaluate the context, and decide whether the candidate should move forward.
The final hiring decision remains human.
