ToolJolt Industrial Suite
ToolJolt provides a collection of free online calculators and utility tools aimed at industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and maintenance operations. The suite is organized under the heading âIndustrial IoT & Maintenance Opsâ. Each tool runs in a web browser and does not require installation. The offering focuses on reading logs, preventiveâmaintenance scheduling, vibration analysis, bearing health, battery life, depreciation, temperature calculations, NPSH margins and reliability metrics.
The collection comprises 214 individual pages built on 16 underlying engines. Monitoring dashboards account for fifty pages where users log temperature, pressure or humidity readings. Maintenance schedulers occupy thirtyâtwo pages, while vibration severity checks cover twenty pages. The Industrial IoT maintenance tools lists each calculator and scheduler available across the suite.
Tool Categories and Counts
The toolset is divided into several functional categories that address common industrial maintenance needs. Monitoring dashboards enable realâtime logging of environmental parameters such as temperature, pressure and humidity. Preventiveâmaintenance (PM) schedulers allow users to define service intervals and receive overdue alerts. Additional calculators assess vibration severity, bearing and battery life, depreciation, mean kinetic temperature, NPSH margin, grease quantity and other reliability measures.
The site reports fifty pages dedicated to monitoring dashboards, thirtyâtwo pages for maintenance schedulers, and twenty pages for vibration severity checks. Depreciation, mean kinetic temperature and trend tracking each occupy sixteen pages. Hour meters, bearing and battery life tools, NPSH margin calculators, grease quantity estimators and reliability measures round out the remaining pages. In total, the sixteen engines support the full set of twoâhundred fourteen pages.
Local Browser Storage
All data entered into the calculators or schedulers is saved locally in the userâs browser. The source page specifies that readings stay in the browser and are not transmitted to external servers. Because the information resides only on the device, clearing browser data removes all logged values. This design ensures that no persistent cloud storage is involved.
The localâonly model allows the tools to function without an internet connection after the initial page load. Users can operate the calculators in isolated plant networks where external access is restricted. However, the same model means that data is lost if the browser cache is cleared or if the device is changed. Operators should therefore export or record critical results before performing maintenance on the browser environment.
EquipmentâSpecific PM Schedulers
ToolJolt provides readyâmade preventiveâmaintenance registers for a wide range of industrial equipment. Available schedulers include registers for factory machines, injection molding machines, CNC machines, stamping presses, industrial ovens and furnaces, boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, airâhandling units, dust collectors, paint booths, conveyor systems, dock levelers, warehouse racking, forklifts, overhead cranes, pressure vessels, relief valves and fire pumps. Each register captures the last service date, the defined interval, the calculated due date and any overdue alerts. Entries are sorted by urgency and stored locally in the browser.
All of these equipmentâspecific schedulers are offered free of charge and follow the same browserâstorage policy as the other tools. The interface displays overdue alerts prominently, helping technicians prioritize urgent tasks. Because the data remains on the device, multiple users on the same workstation can share the same schedule without server synchronization. The consistent design across all schedulers simplifies training for maintenance personnel.
