If you are still hand-coding every flexbox and padding class from scratch, you are burning hours of agency time.
I recently built a workflow that completely skips the boilerplate phase. Instead of starting in a blank VS Code window, I extract existing, proven front-end architecture and use AI CLI tools like Claude Code to re-engineer the styling and copy in one pass.
Here is the core 3-step pipeline:
The DOM Extraction
Instead of guessing the grid layout, I pull the raw HTML/CSS structure of a high-converting layout directly from the DOM.-
The AI Translation (Tailwind & React)
Next, I feed that raw markup into an AI coding agent with a very specific remapping prompt. I instruct it to:- Convert the raw CSS into Tailwind utility classes.
- Componentize the structure for Next.js.
- Strip out the original branding and inject my new color tokens.
The 60-Minute Deployment
Because the original structural integrity is maintained, I don't have to spend hours doing responsive QA. I just push the newly branded React components and deploy straight to Netlify or Vercel.
The Full System
I put together a complete 15-page field manual detailing the exact extraction steps, the single-shot AI master prompts, and my local staging setup.
