๐ค AI Development - Image Generation and Model Efficiency
Image generation models like Codex now have ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ.๐ฑ built in, the strongest image model available today. This allows developers to create visuals first and then have Sol or Astra implement them.
Key Points:
Image Generation with Codex: Codex's image generation capabilities can be used to reimagine web pages and then implement the visuals using Sol or Astra.
Model Efficiency: The strongest image model available today, Codex's image generation capabilities can help reduce the time and effort required for visual design.
Actionable Takeaway: Use Codex's image generation capabilities to create visuals first and then implement them using Sol or Astra.

๐ AI Development - Attention-Pooling and Visual Tokens
Images fill your context window before the question does. A single 384px page becomes hundreds of visual tokens. Send all of them to the LLM and there's no room left to reason. jina-vlm sits an attention-pooling connector between a SigLIP2-So400M/14-384 encoder and a transformer decoder.
Key Points:
Attention-Pooling: jina-vlm uses attention-pooling to connect a SigLIP2-So400M/14-384 encoder and a transformer decoder.
Visual Tokens: A single 384px page becomes hundreds of visual tokens that can be sent to the LLM.
Actionable Takeaway: Use attention-pooling to connect different components of your AI model and improve its performance.

๐ซ Identity and Agentic Economy
โWho has access to the credentials? Who can control payment details?โ On @Stabledash , @RegenRene discussed why identity is critical to the agentic economy, and how Selfโs privacy-first technology can protect the credentials & payment details agents access.
Key Points:
Identity in Agentic Economy: Identity is critical to the agentic economy, and Selfโs privacy-first technology can protect credentials and payment details.
Privacy-First Technology: Selfโs technology prioritizes privacy and can protect sensitive information.
Actionable Takeaway: Use Selfโs privacy-first technology to protect credentials and payment details in the agentic economy.

๐คฏ Model Efficiency and Visual Design
Insane!!! Gemini 4 Pro shook me again today. One prompt. Two mechanical butterflies. Same Arena prompt vs Fable 5.1 Max. Gemini 4 Pro: ~10 min. Fable: ~30 min. Luminous wings. Intricate clockwork. Beautiful motion. You? Which journey wins? What will Gemini 4 Pro create next?
Key Points:
Model Efficiency: Gemini 4 Pro is a highly efficient model that can create complex visuals in a short amount of time.
Visual Design: The model can create intricate and beautiful visuals, such as mechanical butterflies.
Actionable Takeaway: Use Gemini 4 Pro to create complex visuals and improve your model efficiency.

๐ Model Lifecycle Management
Training the model is the easy part. Jose Lopez builds the infrastructure at @Pinterest that takes it from artifact to production without breaking anything. At #FullyConnected26: what good model lifecycle management looks like. Sept 29โOct 1, SF: https:// utm.io/usZPq
Key Points:
Model Lifecycle Management: Jose Lopez discusses the importance of model lifecycle management at #FullyConnected26.
Infrastructure: Pinterest's infrastructure takes the model from artifact to production without breaking anything.
Actionable Takeaway: Use good model lifecycle management practices to ensure your model is deployed successfully.
