Every company today is trying to figure out the same thing: how do you actually run a business where AI isn't a side tool, but a real part of the workforce?
Most software wasn't built for this. Your docs tool doesn't remember decisions. Your project tool doesn't know your company's history. And the AI assistants you've bolted on forget everything the moment the session ends. You end up re-explaining your company to your tools, over and over.
We built besenes to fix that.
besenes is an Operating System for AI-Native Companies — a single place where people, AI workers, tasks, knowledge, and workflows come together and actually remember each other.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
Company Memory
Your AI shouldn't start from zero every time. besenes gives it persistent context — your people, your decisions, your processes, your history — so every interaction builds on the last, instead of starting over.
AI Workforce
AI in besenes isn't a chatbot on the side. AI workers take on real roles, real tasks, and real responsibilities — becoming part of how the company actually operates.
Work Hub
People, AI workers, tasks, projects, knowledge, and workflows — all in one place, instead of scattered across five different tools that don't talk to each other.
Operations Intelligence
See what's actually happening across your company. Spot bottlenecks before they cost you. Turn the noise of daily work into insight you can act on.
Human–Agent Collaboration
AI workers and people get things done together — through delegation, approvals, and oversight — so you get leverage without losing control.
Agentic Execution
Set a goal. AI agents plan, coordinate, use tools, and execute the workflow — across your company, not just inside one app.
This is just the beginning. We're building besenes for the companies being built AI-native from day one — and for the ones ready to become that.
We'd love for you to be part of it early.
