CRRMarket is in the test stage. The 86.4 U figure below is a target operating scenario, not current revenue, historical performance, or a return promise. Actual revenue varies with trading volume, successful scheduling, and feed cost.
Crypto does not need another NFT that exists only as an image. It needs scarce digital assets that can be operated, can participate in real fee flows, and still preserve a defined exit path.
CRRMarket turns a fixed maximum supply of 10,000 HorseNFTs into up to 10,000 market operating seats. The platform supplies the brand, the original Cascading Rank Redistribution mechanism, and the trading infrastructure. Horse owners operate their horses, content, and communities while eligible runners share a race-local pool equal to 1.3% of real trading volume.
Ordinary participants form a separate group. They do not need a HorseNFT. They enter a ranked CRR market in which the full ranking affects settlement instead of reducing the entire experience to one winner taking everything.
The 5,000 U target operating scenario
Assume 50 participating owners, an average of 10 ordinary participant slots generated per owner, and 10 U of eligible turnover per slot:
50 owners × 10 participant slots = 500 slots
500 × 10 U = 5,000 U turnover per race
5,000 × 1.3% = 65 U owner pool
65 ÷ 50 = 1.3 U gross per participating owner
1.3 - 1 U feed = 0.3 U theoretical net per owner per race
At one completed race every five minutes, the model produces 12 races per hour:
0.3 × 12 = 3.6 U per hour
3.6 × 24 = 86.4 U per day at full utilization
In this model scenario, one HorseNFT produces a theoretical 0.3 U per race and 86.4 U per day. The important point is the source: the 1.3% owner pool comes from actual eligible turnover rather than a continuously inflated token subsidy. No real turnover means no owner pool. With the same assumptions, the single-race break-even region is approximately 385 ten-U participant slots. Actual revenue varies with volume, scheduling, and feed cost.
Once activity becomes stable, fee calculation and distribution are automated by the protocol. Owners do not need to trade personally. Their work is to operate the horse, maintain feed, create content, and support community activity. This is best described as a potentially low-maintenance operating cash flow after real volume exists, not income that requires no work or carries no risk.
A distributed operating network
CRRMarket is the common brand and infrastructure layer. Horse owners are distributed operating nodes with distinct horse identities, histories, content, and community reach.
Owners support one another's distribution to expand real market participation, not to earn recruitment commissions. The race-local 1.3% pool is generated by trading and distributed under the participating-owner snapshot rules. If a meaningful share of 10,000 owners stays active, the network can become 10,000 independent content and community entry points.
Three layers of HorseNFT value
First, operating value: eligible runners share the 1.3% owner pool generated by real trading.
Second, scarcity: supply is capped at 10,000 HorseNFT operating seats. Each horse can accumulate a distinct identity, race history, and operating record. Secondary value may rise or fall and liquidity may be limited, so appreciation is potential upside rather than part of the 86.4 U model scenario.
Third, conditional future rights: if CRRMarket issues a token in the future, the current plan is for the 10,000 HorseNFT holders to share a 20% token allocation. This is a conditional future plan. No issuance date, valuation, snapshot, unlock schedule, or final allocation formula is promised today.
An owner also has a defined exit route. After surrendering the HorseNFT and passing the protocol checks, the holder can receive 90% of the NFT's immutable original issue price. This does not protect a later secondary-market premium.
Why ordinary participants may care
Ordinary participants do not need to buy a HorseNFT. A 10 U slot is used in the example, while the product experience is built around CRRMarket's original Cascading Rank Redistribution design.
CRR does not promise that every participant profits. It changes the structure: the complete ranking, position selection, and rotation decisions take part in settlement instead of making only one winning rank economically meaningful. The market runs in observable five-minute cycles, and the fee split is explicit: 1.3% to the participating-owner pool and 0.2% to the protocol.
The two groups reinforce each other. Owners create content and recurring market attention. Participants create real turnover. Real turnover grows the owner pool. Stronger owner economics support more operating effort, histories, and community stories. Scarce HorseNFT seats and the conditional 20% future token plan can strengthen long-term alignment.
CRRMarket remains in the test stage. The 500-slot scenario is a target operating model, not current adoption. Owners, traders, developers, and mechanism researchers are invited to recalculate the 65 U pool, the approximate 385-slot break-even point, and the CRR settlement logic before participating.

Technical review checklist
Developers and mechanism researchers are invited to test snapshot immutability, fee/principal separation, integer rounding, low-volume stress cases, cancellation paths, and NFT surrender/return conditions. The target figures above are a model to audit—not historical performance.
