Kotak Mahindra Bank has nominated Anup Saha and Paritosh Kashyap as potential successors to CEO Ashok Vaswani.
Both candidates are currently Executive Directors and Whole-Time Directors at the bank.
The nominations have been sent to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for approval, with the current CEO's term ending in December 2026.
