Set a timer. Work top to bottom. Do not publish until every row is green.
Minute 1 — Title keyword audit

- [ ] Size or dimensions included (W32 L30, Size 8, etc.)
- [ ] Primary category keyword present (denim jacket, crossbody bag, etc.)
- [ ] No ALL CAPS spam or emoji clutter

Pass example: "Levi's 501 Denim Jacket Mens W32 L30 Blue Vintage 90s"
Minute 2 — Photo and description readiness
- [ ] 6+ photos uploaded (eBay) or cover + 3 detail shots (Poshmark)
- [ ] Flaws disclosed in description (stains, wear, missing button)
- [ ] Measurements in inches/cm for apparel
- [ ] SKU in inventory CSV matches listing ID
Minute 3 — Fee and shipping math
- [ ] Platform fee estimated and logged in sales row
- [ ] Shipping label cost entered (even if buyer pays — you still buy the label)
- [ ] Net margin above your floor (mine is 35% after all fees)
