From Environmental Reporting to Verified Resolution: A Proposed Field Verification Role for the MyZubster Pilot
As we continue developing MyZubster's environmental pilot, one thing is becoming increasingly clear:
reporting an environmental problem is only the beginning.
A useful environmental workflow should be able to document what happens from the initial observation all the way to the verified resolution of the case.
This is why we are exploring a possible Field Verification Coordinator role for Daniel Ioni within a future pilot involving Futura Ambiente and the relevant operational stakeholders, subject to agreement with the organizations involved.
The missing layer: verification
Imagine someone identifies waste or another environmental issue.
A photo is taken.
The location is recorded.
A report is created.
But what happens next?
For MyZubster, the interesting challenge is creating a complete evidence chain:

This is where a dedicated field verification role could become valuable.
Daniel Ioni as Field Verification Coordinator
Within the proposed pilot model, Daniel could act as a bridge between what happens physically in the territory and what is recorded digitally by MyZubster.
The role could include documenting the initial situation, collecting appropriate photographic and location evidence, associating evidence with a pilot case, checking the status after an intervention and documenting the final condition.
The result would be more than a report.
It would become an auditable timeline of the case.

Verification is not waste management
There is an important distinction.
The proposed verification role would not replace Futura Ambiente, Hera, municipalities, public authorities, or authorized waste-management operators.
Collection, transportation, treatment and other regulated waste-management activities must remain with the organizations and operators legally responsible and authorized to perform them.
MyZubster's proposed contribution is different:
document and verify the evidence chain around the process.
That separation is important both technically and operationally.
What MyZubster could record
A pilot case could eventually contain structured information such as:

Privacy, data minimization, permissions and retention rules would need to be defined as part of any real pilot.
Why the final photo matters
There's a major difference between saying:
"We received 1,000 reports."
and being able to say:
"We received 1,000 reports, verified 850, documented 600 interventions and independently confirmed the resolution of 520 cases."
The second model starts producing measurable outcomes.
This could give a pilot useful KPIs:
reports → verified reports → interventions → completed removals → final verifications → resolved cases
It could also measure average resolution time and the percentage of evidence rejected because it was incomplete, duplicated or unsuitable for verification.
Connecting the field with the digital layer
This is where MyZubster's broader architecture becomes relevant.

We're interested in making the digital layer describe something that actually happened, rather than simply generating another database of reports.
From experiment to potential pilot
The next step is not to declare this organizational model finished.
It is to test it.
We want to determine whether a field-verification workflow can be useful to organizations operating in environmental services and whether MyZubster can provide a practical technological layer for documenting the lifecycle of environmental cases.
The proposed role for Daniel Ioni is therefore straightforward:
observe → document → verify → connect evidence → verify the final result.
The organizations responsible for environmental operations continue doing their work.
MyZubster helps create the digital evidence trail around it.
If the pilot demonstrates that this model works, that evidence could become much more valuable than another environmental dashboard.
It could demonstrate measurable resolution in the real world.
