What Is the dMAT Exam?
The Digital Master Test, which is also known as the dMAT, is a test that analyzes the thinking capacity and problem-solving skills of students who are planning to apply to a master's course in Germany. The dMAT looks at how you can think and understand things and how well you can use what you learned in school to solve problems.
The test is administered by g.a.s.t. (Gesellschaft für Akademische Studienvorbereitung und Testentwicklung). For students from India to take admission for a Master's degree, you will need to take the Digital Master Test. The dMAT test result will be reflected on your's paperwork, and it will be a part of it.
The question here remains: why has this new test been introduced? Is it to replace the current APS?
The new test is intended to provide an additional standardised measure of academic aptitude during the application and verification process.
