A little brief: I started working on this as a side-project last year, and then ditched my consulting business entirely, and now I am working on this full time.
I recently launched plym to solve a problem I (and my clients) would face every time we wanted to launch a new product - a blog for the product.
There are thousands of CMS platforms but most of them fall in 3 categories:
Customisable but bloated & legacy
Good ones but tightly closed (not open source or customisable)
Astro / Hugo type generators: Config hell, zero Fs given about SEO
plym is my attempt to solve all these problems. Simple, open source, customisable but comes with well-thought defaults.
From day one, the goal was simple: run a command, get a blog up and running, and hit 100/100 on Core Web Vitals.

Try this, and you'll get exactly that. You also get a beautiful admin panel mounted at /plym-admin
It's a very new launch (a few days old), but it has 2 paid customers running it in production (yes there's a cloud version (it runs the same OSS image).
