A parent-facing provider directory should not imply that a listed provider has capacity, accepts a plan, or is clinically appropriate. A useful search flow makes the directory's role explicit: it produces a contactable starting set, then the family validates the changing facts.
Model the search in two scopes
The Colorado therapy directory is the state scope. The Denver therapy directory is the city scope. A product can expose both without pretending that state-level presence equals local availability.
