You see a typeface in a poster, screenshot, logo, or interface, but the font name is missing.
Searching manually can take a long time, especially when the lettering is modified or the image comes from an old design file.
I built the SINPES Font Identifier to make that first step easier.
Upload a clear crop of the lettering and the tool returns ranked visual matches. When a match exists in the SINPES archive, you can preview it and continue to the font page. When it is not available yet, you can request the family instead.
The result is a starting point, not a guarantee. Different weights, edited letterforms, low-resolution images, and custom lettering can produce similar results, so the best workflow is:
- Crop the lettering closely.
- Upload the image.
- Review several likely matches.
- Compare them using your real project text.
- Check spacing, punctuation, numbers, and multiple weights.
