Detailed per-agent response-time reporting exists in a more advanced panel layer but may not be on all plans. Direct CRM integration is not built-in (an API is available for custom integration). Automated follow-up sequences after a set interval are on the roadmap, not a self-serve feature yet. If any of these are critical, confirm before committing.
