We just released two new open datasets on U.S. dental costs, both CC BY 4.0 with a permanent DOI, derived from our open US Dental Cost Index (no figures invented).

National low / average / high cash cost of 12 common dental procedures, with the cheapest and priciest U.S. state for each procedure.
