The Battle for Data: How Information Is Transforming Modern Conflicts

Contemporary asymmetric conflicts are evolving toward data-driven engagements, where Big Data and microdata are becoming as crucial as firepower. This article examines Eli Berman's thesis regarding the information market, where security and public services are traded for civilians' informational loyalty.
